I'm taking part in The 24-Hour Challenge to support Samaritans, there are a lot of young people that struggle or are struggling with their mental health.
This cause matters deeply to me – and I’d be so grateful if you could be part of it. We need to let people know there are people to talk to.
All funds raised here will support Samaritans' lifesaving work in Northern Ireland, and their mission of fewer lives lost to suicide.

Tuesday 14th Jul Hi I am doing the 24h challenge for samaritans because I really enjoy what I do and I also think there are so many young people around the world struggling with their mental health and we need to let people know they are not on their own. Share
