FAQs
Can I do my challenge on a different date?
Does my challenge have to be for a full 24 hours?
- Your challenge doesn't have to be 24 hours.
- If disrupting your routine could negatively impact your mood or wellbeing, we recommend spreading your challenge over a few days.
- Rather than going solo for a 24-hour marathon, Gamers, Swimmers and Crafters can form a team and take on a group challenge/relay with friends if they wish.
