The 24-Hour Challenge

Support my 24-Hour Craft Challenge for Samaritans!

On 24th July, I'll be taking on a 24-hour craft challenge, spending an entire day painting to raise money for Samaritans.

This cause is incredibly personal to me and I know just how important compassionate support can be. Recovery isn't always a straight line, but it has taught me that hope can return, even when it feels impossible to see. That is why suicide prevention and accessible mental health support will always be causes close to my heart.

To mark this challenge, I have made a personal donation of €75. This isn't just a number—it represents 75 days that changed my life, reminding me how far I've come and why supporting others through difficult times matters so much to me.

Mental health struggles can affect anyone, often in ways that aren't visible to the people around them. Samaritans are there 24 hours a day, every day of the year, offering someone to listen without judgement during life's darkest moments. Knowing that support like this exists can make all the difference.

Last year, together we made a real difference, and I'm so grateful for everyone's support. If you're able to donate—no matter the amount—or simply share this fundraiser, it would mean the world to me and helps reach more people than you might imagine.

This is my small way of paying forward the kindness, hope, and support that helped me through my own journey.

Thank you for helping ensure that someone in crisis always has someone to listen.

Together, we can make a difference. 💚

Painting with Purpose: A 24-Hour Challenge for Samaritans

Sunday 28th Jun

On 24th July, I'll be taking on a 24-hour craft challenge, spending an entire day painting to raise money for Samaritans—a charity that means more to me than I can put into words.

Mental health struggles can affect anyone, often in ways that aren't visible to the people around them. Samaritans are there 24 hours a day, every day of the year, offering someone to listen without judgement during life's darkest moments. Knowing that support like this exists can make all the difference.

This cause is incredibly personal to me. Over the past year, I've faced some of the hardest parts of my own journey, and I know just how important compassionate support can be.

Last year, together we made a real difference, and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the fundraiser. It reminded me just how powerful kindness and community can be.

This year, I'm hoping to do that again.

If you're in a position to donate, no matter the amount, I'd be so grateful. Every contribution helps ensure that someone in crisis has someone there to answer the phone when they need it most. And if donating isn't possible, simply sharing this fundraiser with your friends and family would mean the world to me.

Thank you for supporting a cause that means so much to me. This is my small way of paying forward the kindness, hope, and support that helped me through my own journey.

Together, let's make a difference. 💚
