I'm walking 100km this October to support Samaritans.

Samaritans is a charity close to my heart that offers a lifeline to people in crisis, 24/7.
All funds raised support Samaritans' lifesaving work in Ireland & Northern Ireland, and their mission of fewer lives lost to suicide.

It’s been a pleasure
Thursday 30th Oct Although my 12 year golden retriever will not agree, it’s been great getting out every day for walks. I won’t lie, he had to be dropped home some times on the longer walks as he wouldn’t have made it. He’s fitter and happier now. Great charity and I am so grateful to all my donors. Top spot so far let’s keep it going. Well done to everybody for the effort.
