As sisters working together at our family pharmacy—one of us a pharmacist and the other a pharmacy technician—we see every day how important it is to look after not only our physical health, but our mental wellbeing too.

That's why, we're taking on a 24-hour crafting challenge to raise funds for Samaritans, a charity that provides life-saving emotional support to anyone who needs someone to listen.

This is a cause that's very close to our hearts, and we're proud to be taking part together. Every donation, big or small, helps Samaritans continue their incredible work supporting people through difficult times.
