Life can be tough, and sometimes you just need someone to talk to about it. My younger self would have benefited from talking to them, a kind shoulder in a darker time.
Friends have been lost because despair took them too far, and I believe a charity like this can make the difference between life and death. And if I can help just one person, then its worth it.
