I'm taking part in The 24-Hour Challenge to support Samaritans, a charity close to my heart that offers a lifeline to people in crisis, 24/7.

24 hours of Listening

Something I’ve learned from my family this year is how important it is to just put everything down and just simply listen to what the other is saying. 

Whether it’s the kids, my husband or even my mother in law. Sometimes we are trying to tell someone something without saying it all. Only when we truly give that attention do we hear it. 

This year I’ll be putting the phone away for 24hours - my husband will be my content creator and I’ll be here to listen. Be present for everyone I do see or meet that day from my own home to outside the home. 

Samaritans is an amazing charity I hope you can donate to their cause.
