Livestream update
Thursday 23rd Jul Tomorrow I will be doing my livestream I was aiming to do it today but person reasons and health reason, I have to limit my hours on livestream to 12 hours but this week we have done a lot on content on mental health, raised 80 euro so far which is amazing, I will post more updates of time of my live stream Share

I’ll be taking on a 24-hour Wellness Live in collaboration with Samaritans to raise funds and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.
Throughout the 24 hours, I’ll be sharing workouts, wellness activities, honest conversations, and ways we can all look after our mental health.
