Support my Swim Challenge for Samaritans!
To highlight to 24/7 work that Samaritans do, a group of my swimming pals are going to swim 2.4km each (or 1.2km in pairs) to help raise money for this vital charity.
We will be swimming in Lough Owel from 6.30pm on Thursday evening.

All funds raised here will support Samaritans' lifesaving work in Ireland & Northern Ireland, and their mission of fewer lives lost to suicide.
