Hello again, 
It's important to look after yourself especially if you're in the Doom Gloom. 
So I'm pausing for nice soup and a bit of a costume change as I've officially painted red trousers in who knows what!

Also, in pure me style, I switched into acrylic paints mode 🤣🤣🎨🎨🎨

Today's the Day!

Hi all! 

Well I slept badly but I'm not letting that stop me! 
Today (Friday) I have one appointment and then the plan is aaaaall the crafts. 

Since it's the all important day on Sunday, for lots of reasons hahah, that'll be the theme. 
Mayo! 
It has mountains, it has bog, it has the most wonderful community and it's where I've lived so much. 
Watercolours galore!

So my plan is to make lots of little watercolours. Some very good friends have given me paper and paints, so the plan is to set upna production line in the living room and paint paint paint!

Why I want to give back

Hi all, here's a brief note to say why these heroes mean so much to me.

I have faced trauma in various forms. Details not important. 

Some (lots of) dark twisty nights I trusted nobody. I felt a stranger was all I had. 
So I picked up the phone and dialled for help. Told secrets. Cried. And they listened. Told me it would pass. And that's true. It did. 

I have a different life now. 

Please, if you ever feel the darkness that you can't solve by yourself, ask for help. 
It really is true that suicude is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. 

Please, be kind to yourself and live.
