I'm taking on a 24-hour challenge to support Samaritans' lifesaving work in Ireland & Northern Ireland, and their mission of fewer lives lost to suicide.

All funds raised here will support Samaritans' branches across the island of Ireland to help them be there for everyone who needs them, 24/7.

Thanks so much to everyone who kindly donated my 24 hour crafting session
.. I am aching still but wow was it worth it. Your generosity kept me going.... as a gesture I will be giving away what I made to all those who believed in me as promised.  

The page is still open for donations but I am all out of baubles for now.

Those of you who know me know how much I love Christmas and crafting so I am jumping at the chance to combine both to help raise funds for a very worthy cause. 

To make it fun I intend on running my 24 hour stint from 3pm on Friday 11th July right through until 3pm Saturday 12th July with the help of coffee and of course a Christmas movie Marathon! 

For each donation of €10 you will receive a personally crafted quilted bauble (chosen at random) and even if I have to craft beyond the 24 hours I promise to make good long before you ever intend to decorate with it  

Please give whatever you can to such a worthy cause. We all need someone to listen sometimes......
