As a person who struggled with her own mental health, it took me a long time to find myself a good group of friends that will be there for me and that I can talk to about my struggles.


I know not everyone feels like they can't talk to anyone and that they can't cope with life and their mental health, which is why I want to fundraise and raise awareness for suicide prevention and support an amazing charity.

The Samaritans provide support for people 24/7 and they are their to listen. No shame, no judgement, just support. Please take care of yourself and others and if you feel like you ever need the help, talk to someone. The support will be there for you.
