I'm walking 100km this October to support Samaritans.

Samaritans is a charity close to my heart that offers a lifeline to people in crisis, 24/7.
All funds raised support Samaritans' lifesaving work in Ireland & Northern Ireland, and their mission of fewer lives lost to suicide.

100 km Walk for Samaritans
Friday 2nd OctI'm taking on the challenge of walking 100km to raise money for Samaritans.
And just to clarify… no dog involved! 😂🐾
It will be a challenge. There will be tired legs, sore feet and probably a few blisters.
But with every kilometre, I’ll be thinking about the people who struggle silently every day.
I’ll be walking for the person who feels they can't talk to anyone.
And for the incredible volunteers who make themselves available to listen when someone needs them most.
