I'm taking on a 24-hour challenge to support Samaritans' lifesaving work in Ireland & Northern Ireland, and their mission of fewer lives lost to suicide.

All funds raised here will support Samaritans' branches across the island of Ireland to help them be there for everyone who needs them, 24/7.

Having gone through some really dark times I'm positively sure that being able to access some sort of support makes a world of difference. It might be the difference between making it easier, or even just making it. 
All of this to say, I want to do my part and help maintain and expand the support that organisations like Samaritans are able to provide.
We never know when rough times may strike, any of us could go through them at any time and keeping these services open and widely available is so important.
