24 hours a day, 7 days a week

I’ve been aware of the Samaritans in Ireland since I was a child . They offer emotional support 24 hours a day, 364 days a year, to anyone who is in distress.  Think about that. While you go about your busy day, a Samaritan volunteer is at the end of a phone line offering help to someone struggling to cope. Let’s help them on July 24th. Thanks, Helen
